3. SMS Content
SMS messages received on your numbers are stored to enable the polling and inbox API. Messages are scoped to your account and not shared with other users. You may delete numbers (which stops new messages) at any time.
4. Third-Party Services
Clerk — authentication and user management
Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
SignalWire / Telnyx / Twilio — phone number provisioning and SMS delivery
Railway / Neon — hosting and database infrastructure
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. SMS message history is retained for 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
6. Security
API keys are stored as one-way hashes and never retrievable in plain text after initial creation. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
