Terms of Service

By using botcall ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

botcall provides API access to phone numbers for receiving SMS messages. The Service is provided for lawful purposes only, including software development, testing, and AI agent automation.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in mass texting
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM
• Harass, threaten, or defraud any person
• Circumvent security controls or engage in unauthorized access
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Plans include a fixed number of phone numbers and SMS messages. There are no overages — usage is capped at plan limits. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Phone number availability depends on carrier inventory and is not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, botcall's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
